SOC Direct is approaching its first year in business. During that time we are incredibly proud to assist and help various different property professionals with their Schedule of Condition requirements.
Schedule of Condition Direct is our surveying consultancy services, whereby experienced and qualified surveyors here at Stokemont undertake a pre-works schedule of condition reports, snagging list, general schedule of condition reports, and post-works schedule of condition reports on behalf of various property service providers throughout England and Wales.

The service works whereby we will be instructed by these service providers to undertake a Schedule of Condition Report on their behalf. The report will then be provided therein with their perspectives surveying client.
Schedule of Condition Reports are an important part of any construction process and generally speaking would involve an experienced surveyor visiting the neighbouring property prior to the planned construction works commencing.
During that time, we surveyors undertake a full inventory and record bracket of the pre-works condition. Inspection seeing the surveyor go room to room and element to element to ensure that there is a full and robust detailed record in place.
The record will then later be used to validate and check If there has been any damage to the property resulting from the planned works.
During the inspection itself, there will be hundreds if not thousands of photographs taken in 4K HD. Thereby ensuring that there is not only a robust written record In place, there is also a photograph record in place to support that.
