Access Licence

The Stokemont team were very pleased to be able assist with an Access Licence, a Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS) and sourcing a Contractor for external works on for a commercial unit on High Street, Watford, WD17 2BS.

Elgin Avenue, Maida Vale, W9

Licence for Alterations

The Stokemont team were very pleased to be able assist with a Licence for Alterations covering internal works to a mid level flat on Elgin Avenue, Maida Vale, W9. The works included the installation of new bathrooms, the relocation of walls and the introduction of a heat detector system.

High Street Kensington, London, W8

Party Wall Surveying

The Stokemont team were very pleased to be able assist with the completion of a Party Wall Award for this mid level flat located on High Street Kensington, London. The construction works included the removal of internal structural walls, the introduction of new steel support and the replacement of floors and ceilings.

Licence for Alterations

The Stokemont team were very pleased to be able assist with a retrospective Licence for Alterations covering internal works to a penthouse flat on Kings Road, Chelsea, SW3. The works included the relocation of a bathroom and removal of internal structural walls.

Party Wall Surveying

The Stokemont team were very pleased to be able assist with the service of Party Wall Notices, a Schedule of Condition Report and Agreement of a Party Wall Award on this mid terraced turn of the century home on St Stephen’s Terrace, Stockwell. The Party Wall works included the installation of steel work into the Party Wall and relocation of internal walls.

Party Wall Surveying & Licence for Alterations

The Stokemont team were very pleased to be able assist a client with the service of Party Wall Notices, the Agreement of Party Wall Award and the agreement of a Licence for Alterations for this conversion flat in Philbeach Gardens, Kensington and Chelsea, SW5. The works included the full refurbishment of the flat and various different structural works.

Highgate West Hill, Highgate, N6

Boundary Dispute

The Stokemont team were very pleased to be able assist with a Boundary Dispute for a large private residence on Highgate West Hill, Highgate, N6. The dispute circulated around a defective brick garden wall which in places was in excess of 2.5 metres in height.

Party Wall Surveying

The Stokemont team were very pleased to be able assist with the completion of a Party Wall Surveying Schedule of Condition Report for a stunning mews house located on Rutland Mews South, Knightsbridge, SW7. The neighbouring works included a single storey basement conversion and extension on Rutland Street.
