Access Licence

The Stokemont team were very pleased to be able assist with an Access Licence, a Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS) and sourcing a Contractor for external works on for a commercial unit on High Street, Watford, WD17 2BS.

Licence for Alterations

The Stokemont team were very pleased to be able assist with a Licence for Alterations covering internal works to a mid level flat on Elgin Avenue, Maida Vale, W9. The works included the installation of new bathrooms, the relocation of walls and the introduction of a heat detector system.

Party Wall Surveying

The Stokemont team were very pleased to be able assist with the completion of a Party Wall Award for this mid level flat located on High Street Kensington, London. The construction works included the removal of internal structural walls, the introduction of new steel support and the replacement of floors and ceilings.

Schedule of Conditions

Stokemont Surveyors were very pleased to assist a client with a Schedule of Condition Report of their neighbour’s house on Bloomfield Terrace, Belgravia, SW1W in advance of their proposed rear extension construction works taking place.

Stokemont Building Surveyors proudly assisted a private client in respect of Access Licence requirements for this large terraced property in the heart of Marylebone, a stone’s throw from Oxford street. After much discussion, the access was agreed for excess of 24 months.

Valuation

Stokemont’s Valuation team were pleased to advise and assist a private client with their market valuation requirements for this 2 bedroom purpose built flat on High Road, Whetstone. A stone’s throw from East Finchley tube station, this was a great investment property.

Full Building Survey

Stokemont’s Building Surveyors were pleased to assist a client on his pre purchase requirements and complete a Full Building Survey for this semi detached house on Enfield Road, Enfield, EN2. The property hadn’t been modernised for a number of years and revealed some typical 1930’s property defects!

The Stokemont team were very pleased to be able assist with a retrospective Licence for Alterations covering internal works to a penthouse flat on Kings Road, Chelsea, SW3. The works included the relocation of a bathroom and removal of internal structural walls.

The Stokemont team were very pleased to be able assist with the service of Party Wall Notices, a Schedule of Condition Report and Agreement of a Party Wall Award on this mid terraced turn of the century home on St Stephen’s Terrace, Stockwell. The Party Wall works included the installation of steel work into the Party Wall and relocation of internal walls.

The works included the full refurbishment of the flat and various different structural works.

The Stokemont pre purchase Surveying team undertook a complex RICS Homebuyer Report pre purchase survey of this mixed use, turn of the century property in Waldo Road, Kensal Green, NW10. With damp, asbestos and pest issues, this was a challenge!

Stokemont’s Building Surveying team were on hand to assist a private client with surveying advice for proposed access that was taking place on their land. While their wasn’t a formal access licence is place, the team were still on call to offer practical and proactive advice.

Valuation

Stokemont’s RICS Registered Valuers assisted and advised a client on the market price of a large multistorey freehold house on Sussex Square, Bayswater, West London. The house had been refurbished to the highest possible standard and at just under 5000 square foot was a high value valuation.

Full Building Survey

The Stokemont Building Surveying team were pleased to assist a client on their pre purchase Full Building Survey for this end of terrace house in Caffins Close, Crawley, RH10. With 5 bedrooms, a large garden and having had a double storey extension built, this was a hands on survey!

Boundary Dispute

The Stokemont team were very pleased to be able assist with a Boundary Dispute for a large private residence on Highgate West Hill, Highgate, N6. The dispute circulated around a defective brick garden wall which in places was in excess of 2.5 metres in height.

Stokemont’s Building Surveying team were pleased to assist clients on their pre purchase requirements and complete a Full Building Survey for this semi detached house on Lincoln Road, Peterborough, PE4. The property had been tenanted for a number of years and had a number of defects from; asbestos, to damp, to structural issue. A welcomed challenge for the team!
