Party Wall Surveying

A Party Wall Surveyor specialises in the resolution of disputes that fall under the Party Wall etc Act 1996.

Boundary Surveying

A Boundary Dispute arises when owners who share a boundary line have a difference in opinion on its location, width, direction or rights over it.

Licence for Alterations

A Licence for Alterations is required when a leasehold owner wants to undertake alterations to their property.

Access Licences

An Access Licence is required when one property owner requires access onto a neighbouring owner’s land.

RICS HomeBuyer Report (Level 2)

An RICS HomeBuyer Report ensures that you’re fully aware of all of the defects and issues that exist within the property.

Schedule of Conditions

To ensure that a Surveyor visits the property to prepare a through and impartial record of condition Report.

Defect Analysis

A Defect Analysis Report sees a Surveyor visit your property to inspect and report upon a specific defect or issue.
