Our Approach Pre-Inspection ChecksOnce instructed, we will check in with you to see whether you have noted any issues during your own inspection, or whether there are any specific areas of the property you would like us to focus on. This ensures that we can tailor the inspection appropriately and best meet the objective. The InspectionThe surveyor will systematically work their way around the property, undertaking a comprehensive condition inspection. Where a snag or defect is located, this will be recorded, together with advice on how the issue can be resolved. This will be supported by HD photographs for ease of contractor understanding. The ReportOnce the inspection has been completed, we will send the recorded survey for typing. In almost all cases, this will be returned to us the following day. It is then proofread, peer-checked, finalised and sent to you, usually within 48 hours. Post-Inspection DiscussionOnce you have received the report, we would advise presenting it to the contractor, together with a request that the various snags are remedied. If you receive any pushback or refusal from the contractor, we would be more than happy to discuss this with you and help resolve the matter. Our TimingsWe generally have a 2 - 3 day lead time on getting inspections booked in and then aim to have the report served within 2 days of inspecting.
