Our Approach Pre-Inspection ChecksOnce instructed, we will confirm the purpose of the schedule of condition, for example whether it relates to construction works, a new lease or another specific requirement. This ensures that we can tailor the inspection appropriately and best meet the objective of the report. The InspectionOnce the initial discussion is complete, we will progress through the property and complete the schedule of condition inspection and survey. The surveyor will systematically work their way around the property, undertaking a robust record of its condition, supported by hundreds, and in some cases thousands, of HD photographs. The ReportOnce the inspection has been completed, we will send the recorded survey for typing. In almost all cases, this will be returned to us the following day. It is then proofread, peer-checked, finalised and sent to you, usually within 48 hours. Our TimingsWe generally have a 2 - 3 day lead time on getting inspections booked in and then aim to have the report served within 2 days of inspecting.
