Our Timings We generally have a 2 - 4 day lead time on getting inspections booked in and then aim to have the report served within 3 days of inspecting. Our Cost Rating SystemWe’re very proud to use an industry first Cost Rating system whereby we will price any defects and issues that the Surveyor notes during the property Survey. We find these fully advise our clients on exactly what to expect from a repair, or replacement cost perspective, aiding in a fully informed position. What Sets Us Apart? We inspect a property every 1.5 hours. We average a 5 star service review every 3 days. Our Surveying team has over 30 years of property knowledge. Our reports aren’t created using software, tablet selections or copy and pasted text. Every report is dictated by the surveyor on site giving our clients a report that discusses the specific issues as they’re located. It takes longer, but the outcome speaks for itself.
