Our Approach Pre-Inspection ChecksOnce instructed, we will check in with you to see whether you have noted any issues during your own inspection, or whether there are any specific areas of the property you would like us to focus on. This ensures that we can tailor the inspection appropriately and best meet the objective. The InspectionThe surveyor will systematically work their way around the property, completing comprehensive condition inspection. Where defect is located, this will be recorded, together with advice on the cause, how the issue can be resolved and the likely cost. The ReportOnce the inspection has been completed, we will send the recorded survey for typing. In almost all cases, this will be returned to us the following day. It is then proofread, peer-checked, finalised and sent to you, usually within 48 hours. Post-Inspection DiscussionOnce you have received the report, we would advise a booking in a call with the surveyor to ensure you’re fully aware of the findings and likely financial implications associated with those.
